Ranthambore National Park: Death of Tiger-Tigress in Last Seven Days Raised Concern for Forest Department

News Update: The concern of the forest department has increased due to the death of tigers in Ranthambore National Park. After the death of Tigress T-57 here only few days ago, now the body of tigress T-114 was also found. The tigress was missing for about 7 days. Even after this the team could not trace him. Now the tigress was found dead. At the same time, a cub of T-114 also found dead on Tuesday afternoon.

One more sad news has come out again from Ranthambore. The body of tigress T-114 has been found here. It is being told that the dead body is seven days old. On information, Ranthambore’s DFO Sangram Singh reached the spot. The body of a tigress’s cub has also been found. The forest department was asked to search for the tigress regarding this. Now questions are being raised on the tracking of the forest department after the 7-day-old tigress’s body was found.

Tiger T-57 had died a few days ago in Ranthambore. After this, now a cub of tigress T-114 died. Recently, three cubs were seen in a field in Dolada village of Phalodi range of Ranthambore. After this, the news of the death of one of the three tiger cubs has come whichis shocking.

The forest department team has traced a dead tiger cub near Anicut inNahari drain of Phalodi range at some distance from Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Forest workers gave this information to the team. The high officials and team of the forest department reached the spot and took the dead body of the cub in their possession. After this, the Veterinary Board did the post-mortem in Phalodi range. After the post-mortem, the forest department cremated the cub there itself.

Three cubs of tigress T 114 were seen on January 25

According to the forest department; for the first time the villagers saw three cubs of tigress T-114 in Dolada village on 25th January. The villagers had also informed the Forest Department about this. After which the Forest Department team reached the spot. The cubs were being continuously monitored by the Forest Department. For this, a team of more than 20 forest personnel was also deployed by the department. The cubs were constantly visible to the team, but their mother tigress T-114 was not visible.

The Dead Cub is Only Three Months Old

The forest department was earlier informed about the footprint of the tigress, but even after this the team of the department could not trace the tigress. According to Ranthambore’s DFO Sangram Singh, the age of the deceased cub is about three months. Due to rain and hailstorm in the last two days, there has been a sudden change in the weather pattern. Probably the cub could not survive in rain and hailstorm and it died. After the death of a cub, concerns have increased about the tigress T 114 of the Forest Department and its other two cubs.
