Safari booking once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded as per forest department rules. Permits are non-transferable and issued in the name of the visitor whose ID is submitted at booking.
This is not an official website of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. This is a registered private travel agency which organizes hotel, safari and tour package bookings in Ranthambore National Park.
Safari permits are issued by the Rajasthan Forest Department. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. Permits are non-transferable and issued in the name of the visitor whose ID is submitted at booking.
Please read these terms carefully before booking a safari, hotel or tour package through Ranthambore National Park Safari Services. By completing a booking, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Visitors must carry valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport for foreigners). Mobile phones are strictly banned during safari as per Supreme Court orders. Follow all park rules and guide instructions.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before safari time. Carry the same ID proof submitted during booking. Safari is subject to availability and weather conditions.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Prices include permit, vehicle, driver and guide fees unless stated otherwise. Hotel transfers and personal expenses are not included in safari permit prices.
This website is operated by a registered private travel agency and is not the official website of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Safari availability is subject to forest department schedules and weather conditions.
